Who Rockstar says he is

Brian appears in the People part of Only in Leonida on Rockstar's official Grand Theft Auto VI site. His headline: "Nothing better than a Mudslide at sunset."

Rockstar calls him "a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys". It says he is still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori, and has been around long enough to let others do his dirty work. It adds that he "looks like a Leonida beach bum" but "moves like a great white shark".

The second paragraph sets out his arrangement with Jason. Jason lives rent-free at one of Brian's properties, so long as he helps with local shakedowns "and stops by for Lori's sangria once in a while".

One line on the page is set as a quotation, without saying who speaks it: "I hauled so much grass in that plane, I could make the state of Leonida levitate."

Where he sits in the state of Leonida

In the Keys, by name, where his boat yard is. Rockstar's entry for the Leonida Keys describes an easy-going island chain beside dangerous water. Jason Duval works for drug runners in the Keys on his own biography, and Cal Hampton is called a fellow associate of Brian's.

What the official material shows

Rockstar's own captions for his four stills describe him holding a package and pointing at another man inside a plane, and leaning on a railing in a sleeveless shirt and a bandana with two cans in front of him.

Jason is in the other two. In one, Brian rides in the passenger seat while Jason drives. In the other, Brian, Jason and a woman talk beside a pickup truck as Brian hands Jason a handgun. The caption does not name the woman.

What we do not know yet

Lori has no biography of her own, and Rockstar has published nothing about her beyond her name, her marriage to Brian and her sangria. Rockstar has not given Brian's age or voice actor, said whether he can be played, or described the shakedowns Jason helps with.
