Real Dimez in GTA 6: what Rockstar has confirmed

Real Dimez are a rap duo in Grand Theft Auto VI, Bae-Luxe and Roxy, who in Rockstar Games' official biography have just signed to Only Raw Records hoping for a second hit.

Who Rockstar says they are

Real Dimez share one entry in the People part of Only in Leonida on Rockstar's official Grand Theft Auto VI site, the only pair among the eight. Their headline is "Viral videos. Viral hooks."

Rockstar names them as Bae-Luxe and Roxy and says they have been friends since high school. It describes them as "girls with the savvy to turn their time shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence".

The second paragraph gives their history. An early hit single with a local rapper, DWNPLY, took them to new heights. "Now, after five years and a whole lot of trouble, they're signed to Only Raw Records, hoping lightning can strike twice."

Two lines on the page are set as quotations, without saying who speaks them: "All my dimes in this club. Meet my twin, make it a dub" and "One hit away from fame."

Where they sit in the state of Leonida

Their biography names no place. It speaks only of local dealers and a local rapper. Their label, Only Raw Records, is the partnership between Dre'Quan Priest and Boobie Ike, and Rockstar ties both of those men to Vice City. It does not say where the duo live.

What the official material shows

Rockstar's own captions for their four stills describe Bae-Luxe in a recording studio holding headphones, and the pair speaking into microphones in a studio. Another shows them dancing on the bonnet of a car while a crowd cheers and holds up phones. In the fourth, Roxy is at the wheel of a car with Dre'Quan in the passenger seat.

They also appear on Dre'Quan's biography, standing in front of him while he rests a hand on each one's shoulder.

What we do not know yet

Rockstar has not named their early hit, given their ages or voice actors, or said whether either can be played. DWNPLY has no biography. None of the six singles released so far from the official GTA VI album is credited to Real Dimez, and Rockstar has not said whether any music by them is in the game.
