GTA 6 100 percent checklist

An interactive checklist, saved in your browser and seeded from the same feed the Vicedex app reads. It fills when the GTA 6 completion menu is readable on a retail copy. Until then it holds six things worth doing before launch.

Verified. Not guessed. No placeholder categories, no numbers extrapolated from GTA V. Each row is added when the game's own completion menu is readable on a retail copy, with the time it was confirmed.

Checked 19 September 2026. We update this page when Rockstar publishes more.

By Vicedex, an independent GTA 6 reference. How we check and report a mistake.

Rockstar has not published what counts towards 100 percent in Grand Theft Auto VI, and the official Grand Theft Auto VI site carries no completion detail. The game is set for Thursday 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S (Rockstar Newswire), and the completion menu inside the game is the first place the real categories will be readable.

How 100 percent worked in GTA V

Context, not prediction. These are Grand Theft Auto V's requirements, and they are the best guide to the shape of a VI checklist.

CategoryRequirementShare of 100 percent
Storyline missions6955 percent
Strangers and Freaks24, all Franklin's10 percent
Hobbies and pastimes42 of the 61 available10 percent
Random eventsany 145 percent
Miscellaneous activities1620 percent

Counts and shares from GTABase, corroborated by the Grand Theft Auto Wiki. One trap in that table: GTABase notes the in game checklist shows 20 of Franklin's Strangers and Freaks missions, while 24 are actually required. Reaching 100 percent gave the Career Criminal award, a 100 percent t shirt for Franklin and a bonus Strangers and Freaks mission called The Last One. No weapon or vehicle reward, which was unusual for the series.

The useful lesson is that story missions were barely over half of it. The other 45 percent was a long tail of small things, which is exactly the part people lose track of and exactly what a checklist is for.

What the checklist will track

Only what the game's own completion menu counts, in the game's own categories, with the totals the game shows. Nothing invented, no placeholder counts, no guessed collectible numbers.

It is seeded from the same feed as the app, so ticking a box here and opening the app later shows you the same list, though the ticks themselves do not travel.

How saving works

Your ticks are stored in this browser, on this device, using localStorage. They are not sent to us, there is no account, and there is nothing to sign in to.

Nothing on this page leaves your device. We cannot see how far through you are, and we would rather not.
