Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber in Grand Theft Auto VI who, in Rockstar Games' official biography, is always hunting for talent willing to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards.

Who Rockstar says he is
Raul appears in the People part of Only in Leonida on Rockstar's official Grand Theft Auto VI site. His headline is two words: "Experience counts."
Rockstar credits him with confidence, charm and cunning, and calls him "a seasoned bank robber always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards".
The second paragraph adds the warning. "Raul's recklessness raises the stakes with every score. Sooner or later, his crew will have to double down or pull their chips from the table."
Two lines on the page are set as quotations, without saying who speaks them: "Life is full of surprises, my friend. I think we'd all be wise to remember that" and "A professional adapts."
Where he sits in the state of Leonida
Nowhere Rockstar has stated. His biography names no place and no other character, and none of the other seven biographies mentions him. Of the eight people Rockstar has profiled, he is the only one with no stated tie to any of the others.
What the official material shows
Rockstar's own captions for his four stills describe him on the phone while someone sits at two computer monitors behind him, and driving with one hand while hiding a handgun in the other, with an open bag of cash on the passenger seat.
The other two show him with his arms crossed on a boat, next to the throttle, and in a suit looking into the distance while people walk along a neon-lit pavement behind him. No other named character appears in any of them.
What we do not know yet
Almost everything beyond the biography. Rockstar has not said who is in his crew, whether Jason or Lucia ever work with him, or which banks he robs. It has not published his age or voice actor, or said whether he can be played.
Rockstar's main game page says Jason and Lucia's story turns on an easy score that goes wrong. It does not connect that score to Raul, and neither do we.
